EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

• In the case of merchandise that is defective or damaged during transport, the customer must notify us within 15 days of receiving the product, either by email: cesteriaestevegarrido@hotmail.com or by calling 962257730 or by WhatsApp at 653812195. In this case, we can either exchange the product for an identical one without shipping charges or refund the money once we receive the merchandise and inspect it.

If the merchandise arrives in perfect condition and the customer wishes to return it, they have 15 business days from receipt. To do so, the item must be, to the extent possible, in its original packaging and in the same condition as when it was sent. The reason for the return must be communicated to the company in advance.

Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer, at a cost of 15 euros plus VAT for shipments from Spain. For returns from France, Germany, or the Netherlands, the following rates will apply based on weight:

• From 0 kg to 5 kg: 25 euros
• From 5 kg to 10 kg: 40 euros
• More than 10 kg: 70 euros

Once the return has been received and the condition of the product has been verified by CESTERÍA ESGA, the customer will be refunded the corresponding amount, less the indicated shipping costs.

• No returns will be accepted if claims have not been submitted to the
  company within 15 business days from receipt of the merchandise.
